记者2024年4月8日从安徽大学获悉，该校张忠平、张瑞龙团队以荧光寿命成像的方法，揭示了不饱和脂肪酸omega-3在细胞脂肪代谢和巨噬细胞泡沫化过程中的新活性。相关研究成果近日发表于国际期刊《美国科学院院刊》。
